We're on the lookout for a Product Manager – Revenue, who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and user experience. If you’re passionate about game economies, love diving into analytics, and have a knack for maximizing revenue while keeping players engaged and happy, this role might just be your next level-up.
The role:
- Take full ownership of core revenue metrics like ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, conversion, retention, churn, and in-game spending—and keep a sharp eye on how they move.
- Build and steer a revenue roadmap that aligns with business goals while delivering joyful and sustainable player experiences.
- Hunt for new monetization opportunities across current titles and upcoming releases—and turn insights into action.
- Launch innovative pricing strategies, engaging promotions, and value-driven monetization features that delight players and drive growth.
- Run A/B tests and experiments to validate your hypotheses and iterate based on real-time data and performance.
Who you are:
- 5+ years in a product management role with a strong focus on monetization and revenue, ideally in the Real Money Gaming OR F2P gaming space.
- A strong record of improving key revenue metrics like ARPU and LTV through smart strategies and sharp execution.
- A deep toolkit of monetization models—whether it’s IAP, ads, subscriptions, or pay-to-play—and a sense for when to use which.
