Avalanche Studios Group are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People team on a temporary basis.
You will partner up with managers across our organization to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics to build and scale our teams so we can support our projects in the best way possible. You will play a role in improving our TA processes and ways of working, collaborate with stakeholders and peers and contribute to our employer brand.
What you'll do
- Own full-cycle recruitment processes across the entire organization.
- Collaborate with our People Partners and stakeholders to identify short and long-term hiring needs
- Managing communication with candidates and ensuring a strong candidate experience at all times
- Source directly and work proactively to build diverse, and long term, candidate pipelines
- Collaborate and share knowledge and practices with the Talent Acquisition and HR team
- Stay close to gaming industry trends in recruiting, compensation, and market dynamics to sharpen our hiring strategy
Who you are
- Broad experience from recruiting for different disciplines within tech, bonus if this is within gaming.
- Experience of recruiting for roles that are required within game development, or a curiosity for the industry and the desire to gain a deeper understanding.
- Ability to understand specific role needs and source proactively to find the best talent for each position.
- You have an interest in best TA practices and enjoy looking for smarter ways to work that will help the teams reach their full potential.
- Strong drive, sense of ownership and a proactive mindset.
- Solid experience in partnering effectively with different teams and a variety of seniorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The Stockholm location
Our Stockholm office is situated in Södermalm, the beating heart of the city’s game industry. It’s a physical representation of our games – the lush vegetation of Just Cause and theHunter: Call of the Wild meets corroded metal straight out of Mad Max. Our hybrid model requires you to be in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays to foster collaboration and creativity.
