Total Rewards Specialist

Do you enjoy ensuring data accuracy and contributing to efficient HR processes that attract, motivate, and retain top talent? We are looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to join our People team! 
In this role you will play a key part in maintaining competitive and compliant total rewards programs, while also managing our critical HR data and systems. You will report to our Senior People Partner, who will support your growth and celebrate your successes within our dynamic gaming studio environment.
The Position:This role is a unique opportunity to combine strategic oversight of our rewards frameworks with hands-on HRIS management and data analytics, ensuring our total rewards offerings are not only competitive but also deeply aligned with our company goals and employee well-being.
What you'll do:

  • Lead and execute annual total rewards processes, including salary reviews, bonus schemes, and profit-sharing, providing expert advice across all levels.
  • Design and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans, PTO), ensuring compliance and clear communication to employees.
  • Conduct robust pay equity analysis and leverage market data and job evaluations to ensure competitive and fair pay structures.
  • Oversee daily operations and optimization of our HRIS (HiBob), ensuring data accuracy, system configuration, and process efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends and legal changes, particularly in total rewards, to recommend and implement timely program updates and policy revisions.
  • Collect, analyze, and transform HR data from various sources to identify key trends and insights in HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment, and pay equity.
  • Develop and present clear HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decisions for all stakeholders.
  • Act as a change agent for new Total Rewards initiatives and build robust routines and documentation for all responsibilities.

Who you are:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • You bring proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, HRIS Specialist, HR Data Analyst, or a similar role, ideally within a dynamic industry.
  • You possess a strong understanding of total rewards policies, practices, and regulations, including Swedish employment laws.
  • You have hands-on experience with HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob, Workday, SuccessFactors, ADP) and their administration.
  • You demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, capable of complex data and cost analyses, interpreting trends, and making data-based decisions.
  • You are a strong communicator, able to clearly present complex data and program information to diverse audiences, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You are detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in managing HR data, records, and compliance requirements.
