Unreal Engine Programmer

Junkfish is looking for an Unreal Engine Programmer to join our in house Singapore development team to work on our own original IP. Role & Responsibilities

• Work with the team to develop high quality games and systems

• Communicate with project managers and other team members to define programming tasks

• Debug and work with Quality Assurance to help track down and fix bugs

• Profile and optimise game code to ensure a highly stable title

• Be responsible for scoping tasks and working to deadlines

Required Experience and Skills

• Good knowledge of C++ and producing production quality code

• Good knowledge of Unreal Engine 5

• Experience learning existing code bases quickly

• Excellent communication skills

• Practical problem solving

• An understanding of source control

Desirable Experience

• Experience with other game engines and development tools (Unity, Perforce)

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

• Familiarity with Confluence and Jira

• Knowledge of multiple areas of programming (UI, AI, Gameplay, Optimisation)

Additional Information

Salary: SGD 4600 to SGD 5400 per month

Location: Singapore (hybrid)
