Pocket Sized Hands is seeking a Games Programmer to join our growing team and work on amazing titles with world-renowned IPs such as Rick and Morty and Oddworld. About the Role
As a Games Programmer at Pocket Sized Hands, you will work closely with the rest of your project team developing features and making meaningful contributions toward the completion of projects. You will have the chance to cover many aspects of games programming and take full ownership of game features.
Responsibilities

Collaborating and coordinating with other team members to design and implement gameplay features for titles.

Participate confidently in regular peer reviews, giving and receiving feedback on work.

Optimizing and debugging code to create smooth and enjoyable gameplay experiences.

Plan and organize personal workload effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks while actively communicating progress, status updates, and potential risks to co-workers and Production teams.
Requirements

Experience working within Unreal Engine

Experience in using Jira or similar for managing work and time

Proactive working mindset with clear priorities, seeking input and guidance where required.

Able to present ideas and communicate effectively within the team and across disciplines, whether verbal or written.
