Job Description Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment (a division of Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Group) is a leading worldwide publisher, developer, licensor and distributor of entertainment content for the interactive space across all current and future platforms, including PS4, Xbox One, PS4 Pro, Xbox One X and Nintendo Switch consoles, digital, mobile and PC-based gaming for both internal and Third Party game titles  

Primary Purpose of the Job:
 

  • To plan, implement and manage UK PR activity at consumer, press and trade events.
  • To plan, implement and manage UK PR campaigns across mobile, console and PC titles.
  • To plan, implement and manage UK social media strategy and campaigns.
  • To plan, implement and manage UK Influencer activity.
  • To support the UK press office and wider UK publicity campaigns and activity.


Essential Job Functions:  

Day to Day Responsibilities Include:  

Event PR Management  

  • Support WBIE Consumer, Press and Trade Events in 2017
  • Responsible for key communications at events, including PR announcements, activity and social media strategy.
  • Responsible for media and influencer appointments at events, presentations and management of developer interviews.
  • Work with agency teams and internal staff to ensure that events are appropriately staffed within WBIE guidelines.


  PR Campaign Management 

  • Working with the global and international PR teams and UK marketing team to understand the launch strategy for each title, and working on the specific UK PR Campaign, across mobile, PC and console.
  • Management of UK press enquiries and requests
  • Liaise with International PR in developing and requesting information, assets and approvals
  • Compile weekly coverage reports for distribution across relevant internal teams  


Social Media 

  • Create and maintain sustainable social media campaigns across UK-owned channels
  • Management of UK influencer enquiries and requests
  • Liaise with International PR in developing and requesting information, assets and approvals
  • To create a social digital media platform timeline for each title.
  • To work with the UK Product Managers to ensure that all key beats and activity are communicated/shared with all owned channels.
  • Working alongside the marketing team, develop the social strategy and bespoke content to drive social engagement.
  • Use your expertise in insights and analytics to generate new ideas and strategies for content distribution across different mediums.


  Experience/Skills required:

  • Experience in managing UK consumer, trade and press event PR activity
  • Experience in managing UK PR campaigns across mobile, console and PC titles
  • Experience in managing UK social media campaigns
  • Experience in managing UK influencer activity
  • Excellent negotiating and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills
