Responsibilities:
Asset Creation:
- Designing high-quality hard-surface assets for game environments.
Workflow Innovation:
- Developing and enhancing content creation workflows to improve efficiency and creativity.
Playtesting & Feedback:
- Actively participating in playtests and providing constructive feedback to improve the player experience.
Collaboration:
- Working closely with fellow game makers to ensure alignment with game and art direction.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Creative Mindset: A strong sense of curiosity and passion for innovation in game art.
- Industry Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in the gaming industry.
- Portfolio: A collection of realistic game art showcasing expertise.
- Passion for Games: Deep enthusiasm for games, art, and related technologies.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with various tools and workflows for content creation.
- Artistic Skillset: Excellent visual skills and an understanding of game art and technical constraints.
- Teamwork: Strong ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues while aligning with game and art direction.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English.
