What you'll be doing:
- Craft Iconic Brands: Develop and implement powerful brand strategies and creative identities for multiple titles.
- Own the Budget: Manage the marketing budget for each title, ensuring every activity aligns with brand pillars and delivers maximum value.
- Lead the Charge: Execute go-to-market plans with precision, leveraging player, market, and product insights for maximum impact.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with development, PR, influencer, social media, and sales teams to align on objectives and goals.
- Maximize Partnerships: Identify and enhance marketing activities with partners like Steam, EPIC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, META, and more.
- Measure and Report: Track and analyze campaign performance, turning data into actionable insights.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor market trends, research target audiences, and analyze competitors to keep our titles on top.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Brand Manager in the video game industry.
- Expertise in Indie game marketing.
- Proven success in developing comprehensive brand strategies and go-to-market campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Up-to-date with the latest gaming trends and business models
