Lead Designer - UK On-Site

"To apply: Ref - 5353100. A game development studio is seeking a Lead Designer with creativity, vision, and technical expertise to lead game design across multiple platforms and genres. The role involves working closely with the Game Director, managing the design team, and creating engaging game experiences. Responsibilities include defining the design vision, overseeing the team, maintaining design documentation, and ensuring the game's features align with the project's goals.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in senior design roles
• Experience shipping multiple titles
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of game trends and various platforms

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Unreal and Unity
• Interest in vehicles, board games, CCGs, and sports games
