Product Manager – AAA GaaS Games – Midlands

Project: AAA GaaS Games

OPMs client has been making great games for over 30 years! They have a rich and unrivalled heritage of multiple award-winning AAA racing games. They are seeking a Product Manager to join their expanding team as they continue their transition to GaaS.

The successful candidate will have ownership of the scope and the roadmap, guiding the team to produce tangible benefits to players, the games teams and ultimately the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience as a Product Manager across at least 2 tech focused products
• Superb delivery track record
• Degree(s) in an associated field or comparable experience
• Experience with people management and coaching
• Thorough understanding of app & web services
• Excellent project planning & organisational skills
• Experience of working with and using big data to inform decision making
• Understanding of CX and UCD best practices and openness to new techniques
• Experience with stakeholder management up to C-level
• Keen interest in motor sport, sports, or games

REPONSIBLITIES:

• Roadmap and features for their online community hub platform/service for all titles
• Delivery against Roadmap for the platform & Web
• Team Management and coaching
• Clear direction to the team in line with Agile approach
• Expanding the team as needed
• Liaising with stakeholders across the business to define feature sets: IT, Analytics, Game Teams, Finance, Marketing, Sales etc
• Change & Release management
• Support the Live ops of the platform/service
• Team & Studio Comms around the product
• Commitment to continuous improvement
