Product Owner – REMOTE OR Hybrid, London – Mobile Games

One Player Mission have joined forces with an emerging London based developer, who are making waves in the Hyper-Casual mobile games market!

The studio is looking for a Product Owner who will be responsible for driving the success of their mobile game titles by defining the product vision.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar in the mobile games industry. 
• Proven experience working in online gambling. 
• In-depth knowledge of the mobile games market, trends and player preferences. 
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Have a data driven mindset.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Champion the player’s perspective, advocating for an exceptional player experience throughout the development cycle.
• Gather and analyse user feedback, conduct playtests, and leverage data insights to drive game improvements and feature enhancements.
• Work alongside the marketing team to develop strategies to acquire, engage and retain players. 
• Monitor key performance metrics, such as user retention, conversion rates, and monetisation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, artists, marketers, and QA testers, to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between teams, ensuring that everyone understands the product vision, goals, and priorities.
