This is where someone like you comes in; they want to bring in someone who can nurture and develop the Producers and production as a set of processes and tools. They aren't looking for someone tied to one method or way of working, but someone who knows a good idea when they see one, and who can adapt it to deliver million pound projects. - A career-long commitment to Production, you've forged a career from the early stages to reach this point
- In-depth knowledge of multiple Production methodologies, workflows, tools and thinking
- Top tier communication skills (inclusive and confident)
- Undeniable knowledge of Game Development
- You've taken several games from concept to completion
The studio is currently working from home, but intends to return with a really flexible WFH/Remote option. They offer a collaborative and friendly environment stocked full of talented people making great games. They are a very inclusive company and would really welcome applications from traditionally under-represented demographics.
