Production Director – Guildford, UK – Permanent – AAA

OPM are pleased to be working with a long-standing client that are looking for a highly talented and experienced Production Director to play a key role in their studio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the personal development of senior production staff, including those FTEs within the group responsible for Design and Engineering working through these people, and using their talents and experience to deliver the best results.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have an eye for details.
• Be meticulously organised.
• Have familiarity with a variety of project management and bug tracking software.
• In-depth knowledge of Excel.
• Have a passion for games.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Plan staffing and other expense requirements for budgetary approval.
• Define teams, roles and structure, and evaluate candidates for new positions.
• Collaborate with and provide appropriate governance over external partners and suppliers.
• Manage strategies and processes for successful live deployment and lifetime support for customer-centric services.
• Consider which projects need further support to help them succeed and find the best ways to provide the support.
