We are working with a fantastic AAA game studio based in the London who is seeking an exceptional Senior Development Director to join their talented team and work on their latest exciting projects.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and drive a game’s overall development plan, focusing on team performance and health
• Ensure strong focus on quality, teamwork, communication and improvement execute great games and content
• Own the project plan to launch and continually operate the game in on them, to quality and within budget
• Review and improve the development process
• Continually review and improve the development plans to suit different projects
• Represent the state and outlook of the project internally and to external clients
• Make data-driven decisions to improve your teams and align them around the long-term plans for operating a GaaS

Who you are:

• Extensive Experience in a production role in the games industry
• Leadership and management skills
• Great understanding and proficiency with Agile development
• Strong team management and organisational skills
• Able to gather and communicate performance data
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
