My client seeks a creative and passionate individual to collaborate with development partners to enhance the quality of video games while adhering to timelines and budgets. Relevant industry experience and the ability to build strong relationships with developers of various sizes are essential.
The ideal candidate will share a passion for video games and possess a proven track record in managing the development process across PC and console platforms, ensuring timely and budget-friendly releases.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide feedback to development teams throughout all stages, focusing on user experience and industry trends.
- Evaluate game builds to assess project status and overall quality.
- Handle production and compliance tasks necessary for game completion and release.
- Report to stakeholders on project milestones and proactively identify potential issues.
- Assist in evaluating games prior to signing and develop franchise plans and future content.
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure messaging aligns with the game.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Experience in a Producer role within the games industry.
- Knowledge of submission and QA processes for successful product releases.
- Experience collaborating across departments, particularly in product marketing.
- Understanding of current game industry trends.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to self-improvement.
- Excellent written English skills.

Location: Hertfordshire
Working Model: Hybrid
Hours: 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Travel: Some international travel may be required.
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays.
