TheHunter: Call of the Wild is our genre-defining hunting simulation game. Released in 2017, the game has seen players all over the world join its realistic and visually breathtaking open world. With a devoted community of players and a fantastic team of developers, TheHunter: Call of the Wild is now looking for a Senior Producer to join the project!
The position:As a Senior Producer you will work with various cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring the road map and dependencies properly line up. You will coordinate resources and execution to ensure successful completion of assigned development features and release. You will be responsible for translating business and product goals into plans and actions, acting as a change agent for process improvements. Together with the Central Tech Team, Publishing Services Team and the Technical Director you will develop, champion and communicate the product vision to the team in order to build and maintain a strong team spirit and a productive environment.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the timely delivery of functional software adhering to the product vision and roadmap.
- Facilitate continuous improvements in work methods and pipelines within your teams.
- Lead the planning and implementation using agile/scrum development methodology.
- Assess risks, propose risk-mitigation strategies and alternatives.
- Use your attention to detail and organizational skills for efficient follow-ups.
- Effectively communicate studio and project objectives, feedback, and requests to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Display strong leadership, promoting success through mentoring and coaching as part of your management style.
Who you are:
- Experience as a game Producer within AA/AAA development/production ideally through all development cycles (concept > sunset).
- Experienced in managing cross-disciplinary teams within a development environment.
- Proficient in coordinating with external departments.
- Skilled in motivating and leading agile development teams.
- Driven by a strong desire for personal and professional growth and committed to fostering the same in others.
- Self-motivated and proactive in solving problems.
- Promote and thrive in a diverse, multicultural environment where English is the common language.
- Passionate about video games.
