Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on developing and enhancing meta features such as leaderboards, tournaments, challenges, spinning wheels, and loyalty programs. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our social casino games, driving player engagement, and ensuring our products remain at the forefront of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for meta features, aligning with the overall company goals and player engagement objectives.
• Feature Development: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of meta features including leaderboards, tournaments, challenges, spinning wheels, and loyalty programs.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the social casino gaming industry.
• Product Roadmap: Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features based on player needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of meta features.
• User Experience: Champion the player experience, utilizing player feedback, data analysis, and user testing to refine and enhance meta features.
• Performance Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of meta features, driving continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present product plans, progress updates, and results to senior management and other key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in the gaming industry with a focus on social casino games and meta features.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with game development processes and technologies, with the ability to effectively communicate with engineering teams.
