We are looking for an Sponsorships Specialist to primarily focus on supporting our team with detailed analysis of our products and project management around how best we develop and report on our portfolio of sponsorship options to our extensive roster of pop culture clients.
This role will work closely with the Director of Sponsorship Services and our commercial team to develop and execute bespoke products and campaign options for our sponsors, supported by detailed data tracking & analysis of those campaigns, for our global portfolio of pop culure events.
We’re looking for a details-oriented, numerate and collaborative individual, ready to roll up their sleeves and jump right in. The perfect person for this role is excited by being able to dip into a little bit of everything; sales support, data, analysis and all while juggling multiple projects.

Responsibilities Include:

Execute analysis and support of sponsorship products for media and experiential campaigns for our stable of well-known brand partners, from start (i.e. brainstorming, initial budgets) to finish (i.e. post-show reporting)

Manage multiple product offerings and effectively support them across the internal organization

Maintain an eye for detail on all sponsorship products big and small, while supporting the team to meet deadlines and deliver key information to clients.

Apply a deep understanding of our sponsorship/media product offerings across multiple events

Strengthen our ability to deliver sponsorship campain analysis to understand how we can meet our customer’s business goals and plans

Be innovative in your approach and always think about what will authentically appeal to the audience while also delivering the results that your clients are looking for

Support sales reporting and data management in Salesforce

Partner with the Director of Sponsorship Services and Sponsorship Product Management team to support our sales products on a global scale

Domestic and International Travel is Required -- Approximately 8-10 Times Per Year
Required Skills and Experience:
-
Some demonstrable previous sales support, project management or any relevant experience on these areas will be great to see.

Specifically, any exposure to data, analysis, campain reporting or media activites in the events, entertainment, and/or pop culture space will be hugely beneficial to your application.

Outstanding spreadsheet, data and numeracy skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Strong copy writing skills required.

Professional level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Ability to multitask and prioritize work, be highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive

Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take the initiative to create something new

Flexible and able to adjust within a fast-paced work environment

Not afraid to ask for help, say “I Don’t Know”, and always learn from your mistakes
Desirable Skills and Experience:

College Degree in a Relevant Field

Contacts in the pop culture industry are an advantage, but not essential.
