What you will be doing:

Define, communicate, and maintain the project's creative vision for an exceptional player experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring the vision to life and ensure design cohesion.

Provide guidance and direction in the development of features and systems, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with the overall project goals.

Offer valuable feedback and insights to the design team, fostering a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Inspire and mentor the design team, leveraging your experience and expertise to nurture their growth and create a versatile and capable team that can tackle any challenge.
What we need from you:

Bring extensive experience as a Design Director or Creative Director, having successfully shipped multiple mobile casual games.

Demonstrate expertise in games-as-a-service design methodologies and the ability to create engaging experiences for large player communities.

Showcase a proven track record of implementing and enhancing design systems, workflows, and processes.

Possess excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal, effortlessly conveying ideas and concepts to team members and stakeholders.
