Senior/Lead Game Designer – AAA Flight Simulator- France – Permanent

OPM’s client are currently seeking an experienced and talented Senior/Lead Game Designer to join their passionate team on a AAA Flight Simulator title.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experiences in a Senior or Lead position.
• Previously worked on an AA or AAA title.
• Have good analytical and formalisation skills.
• Have good English written and verbal skills.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Participate in the design of the different game modes.
• Be a part of the production of design tools to help develop the different game modes.
• Provide clear and structured documents for other divisions.
• Work alongside other disciplines to monitor game modes.
• Raising and anticipating production problems.
• Oversee drafting all reporting documents for internal or external use.

DESIRED:

• Previous experience in systems design and or economy design.
• Previous experience working on a live game.
• Previous experience in a simulation or sports title.
