As a Player Support Agent, you will be joining their Dublin office to transform their Player Support operation. The best games in the world need a great player experience inside and out, and you’ll be at the forefront of this. Day to day, you will respond to players through a ticketing system, doing your best to make every interaction remarkable.
You’ll collate closely with the Player Support leadership team to help create and shape the future of their co-player support.
