Job Description Our client is a fast growing mobile development outsourcing studio who are expanding their business development team to bring on board a European territory specialist.

They are seeking either an experienced games business development or partner management professional, mobile background preferred but console and PC also of interest or an experienced and highly commercially minded producer who has experience of winning business from an outsourced working POV.

Role

Identify companies, platforms and publishers who would be potentially interested in outsourcing mobile game development work

Contact companies, building relationships and managing the negotiation process and relationship through to the successful completion of deals

With the founders define relevant KPIs to measure success and plan how to meet those targets

Represent the company at events, trade shows and travel to meet clients across the European territory

You

In-depth understanding of games outsourcing

Target and business driven with a strong drive to succeed

Willing to travel regularly across Europe to meet clients and attend events as a part of the role

Strong negotiation and relationship building skills

An analytical mindset to continually improve the targeting of effort

Contacts across large numbers of game development companies and publishers across Europe and potentially globally

Passionate about gaming and know the sector inside and out

Salary around 40-60k + bonus- able to work remotely from Europe.
