Job Description Our Games Publisher client  is looking for a talented Associate Producer to help with a wide variety of production and publishing aspects and will have a substantial impact in supporting the company to release an ever-expanding and varied title line-up. 

The right candidate will have an innate passion for working with video games, is undeterred by a role with a flexible nature and an ‘all hands-on deck’ approach. A high level of self motivation, proactiveness and self-discipline will be expected to keep projects on schedule, ensuring that critical processes are followed, and to make an active contribution in furthering the company’s ambitions.

Working remotely or based at our new offices in Central London the role’s main responsibilities will include:
  •  Ensuring projects are kept on schedule and facilitating communication between stakeholders and third parties
  •  Evaluating, testing and creating reports on prospective titles
  •  Checking and reporting on milestone builds from external and internal development teams
  •  Localisation & QA: Working with the production team and external localisation partners to organise any translation, QA and LQA needs that a project has
  •  Managing first-party platform submission processes and beyond with store submissions, patches and live ops

Essential Skills/Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience within an associate producer role or relevant area (publishing, external relations, etc.).
  •  Management or a background in QA and localisation as part of video game production
  •  Fluency in Japanese is highly desired
  •  Have direct working experience of all main first-party tools and platforms (e.g. NDP, Content Pipeline, Devnet, Partner Center)

Ideal, but not essential
  •  Graphic design and/or video editing experience
  •  An appreciation and knowledge of Japanese culture and video games
