The role @ Red Kite Games
Red Kite are working on a variety of exciting games and has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced programmer to strengthen, shape and lead one of our teams. In this role you will help to create, maintain and evangelise our development best practices, collaborating closely with all teams across the studio.

In your new role you will:
• Operate closely with a friendly team of dedicated people.
• Work on a wide variety of projects and tasks.
• Mentor less experienced people and share knowledge with the team.
• Assist in planning your work and the work of others.

To be successful you will have:
• Shipped multiple titles.
• Strong programming skills, proficiency in C#/C++.
• A desire to solve problems.
• Programmed in a range of development areas.

Specialism in any of these areas may be advantageous but not essential:
• Network programming.
• Rendering on any platform, especially DX12/Vulkan.
• Continuous integration.
• Automated testing.
• Unity/Unreal.
